Hosea Thompson, founder of BT All-In-One Security, brings more than 26 years of law enforcement, security operations, leadership, and training experience to every class he teaches. A retired Lieutenant with the Pine Bluff Police Department and a veteran-owned business owner, Hosea has spent his career protecting communities, leading teams, managing critical situations, and preparing others to respond with confidence.
His approach to training goes beyond classroom instruction. Drawing from decades of real-world experience in law enforcement, firearms training, security operations, and leadership, Hosea provides practical education focused on safety, responsibility, awareness, and sound decision-making.
Whether he is training a first-time concealed handgun license applicant, helping experienced carriers renew their certification, teaching CPR skills, or working with churches and organizations on safety preparedness, his mission remains the same: equip people with the knowledge and confidence to protect what matters most.

Basic CHCL Renewal — $50 Review core firearm safety principles, state carry updates, and essential legal requirements to keep your standard license active.
Enhanced CHCL Renewal (E-CHCL) — $75 Includes the complete Basic CHCL renewal requirements—no need to register for both. Validates your expanded carry privileges for restricted public venues and campuses with updated tactical and legal instruction.
